Bear Gulch Amaretto Sour

This classic cocktail comes to life with the unique characteristics of Bertie's Bear Gulch Bourbon. Some cocktails will never go out of style, and the earthy and molasses notes in the bourbon set against the sweetness of the amaretto and creaminess of the egg make this simply delicious.

 1.25 oz Bertie's Bear Gulch Bourbon
 1.25 oz Amaretto liqueur
 1 oz fresh lemon juice
 0.25 oz simple syrup
 0.50 oz egg white (beaten)

Combine in a shaker over ice
